UX Cleanup
Red Canary has over 100 integrations, many of which have inconsistent onboarding UXs. We need to create an onboarding experience that can apply broadly to all.

Currently, an identity can appear multiple times, depending on how many integrations it belongs to. We need a unified way to display these profiles that also incorporates our new Gen AI capabilities.

A customer’s PAN-OS certificate expired during an active incident in their environment. This caused a lot of friction on the customer side as they felt let down that the integration was non-functional.
